Overview
The Onyx-W is Genmega’s wall-mount and countertop ATM, built for locations that don’t have floor space for a freestanding machine. It bolts to a wall or counter using a steel bracket and expanding anchors, and runs the same software platform as Genmega’s larger retail machines.
It uses a compact wall-cassette dispenser available in 1,000- or 2,000-note capacity, a 10.1" display, and a 2" receipt printer — smaller than Blueprint’s freestanding options but built around the same lock and NFC choices.
Recommend the Onyx-W for counter-service locations, small retail footprints, or anywhere a pedestal-style ATM won’t fit; recommend a freestanding model like the G2500 when floor space is available and higher cash capacity matters more than footprint.

Warranty
Genmega's standard manufacturer warranty on new machines is 2 years on parts. Labor and on-site service terms aren't published by the manufacturer — ask a specialist for current coverage.
Shipping & Setup
Free shipping is included on this machine. Delivery timing depends on your location and is confirmed before your final invoice. Blueprint ATMs can advise on placement, connectivity, and initial programming once your machine ships.
Inspect before you sign: check the carton and unit for damage before signing the carrier's delivery paperwork. Note any damage directly on the delivery receipt and photograph it — a clean, signed receipt makes it very difficult to file a damage claim afterward.
Processing Compatibility
This machine can be configured for Blueprint ATM processing. See current processing rates or learn about switching processors if you already own equipment.
What Your Location Needs
An ATM isn't self-sustaining — before install day, your location will need:
- A dedicated 110V power outlet within reach of the machine
- A surge protector installed on that outlet
- An active internet connection — a wired Ethernet (CAT5) line or a cellular/wireless data plan compatible with the ATM
